Pernille Fritz Vilhelmsen joined Hempel in 2017 as Talent Management Director. Since November 2020, she has held the position of Executive Vice President and Chief People & Culture Officer. Pernille has extensive international experience from both business and people roles in Maersk Line where she worked for more than 15 years.
