Notice on recruitment fraud
Recruitment fraud is a type of scam where fraudsters create fake job opportunities to deceive job seekers, often communicating through email or social media.
Fraudsters may pose as company representatives, asking for sensitive personal information, payment for equipment, or funds to proceed with the recruitment process.
At Hempel, we use a single domain for email communication (example@hempel.com). Interviews are conducted either face-to-face or virtually by Hempel employees, never through chat platforms or text-based methods.
Hempel would never ask candidates for payments or fees as part of the hiring procedure and would never request banking or other financial information before issuing an official employment offer.
