Hempafire XTR 100

Description

Hempafire XTR 100 is a two-component epoxy based intumescent coating that provides passive fire protection of structural steel against hydrocarbon pool fires.

Features

Fire protection for up to 4 hours against hydrocarbon pool fires. Durable and impact resistant PFP coating, reducing maintenance costs. System requires use of BXF reinforcement mesh only around the section flanges. Can be applied to both modular and stick build construction projects.
Recommended use

As intumescent fire protection for the structural steel used in onshore oil & gas facilities, petrochemical plants and the power generation sector that require protection against hydrocarbon pool fires.
