Hempadur Avantguard 750

Hempadur Avantguard 750 is an activated zinc-rich epoxy primer in compliance with the requirements of ISO 12944-5 and with Level 2, Type II in SSPC Paint-20, 2019. It is recommended as a versatile primer for long-term protection of steel in severely corrosive environments including offshore up to CX as per ISO 12944.

Hempafire Pro 400

Hempafire Pro 400 is a one component, solvent-borne, physically drying intumescent coating for passive fire protection of structural steel against cellulosic fires. It is optimised for in-shop and on-site applications and independently tested and approved according to EN 13381-8/9 and BS-476-21 up to 120 min. It is recommended as intumescent fire protection for structural steel up to C4 as per ISO 12944-2. 

Hempathane HS 55610

Hempathane HS 55610 is a two-component polyurethane topcoat cured with aliphatic isocyanate.

It has good gloss and colour retention and is recommended as VOC compliant, high build finishing coat for protection of structural steel in severely corrosive environment.

Hempadur Avantguard 550
Hempadur Avantguard 550 is an activated, zinc epoxy primer in compliance with the requirements of Level 3, type II in SSPC Paint-20, 2019. It features a high mechanical strength and is recommended as a versatile primer for long-term protection of steel in severely corrosive environments up to C5 as per ISO 12944.
Hempafire Optima 500
Hempafire Optima 500 is a very low VOC, one-component waterborne acrylic thin film intumescent coating for passive fire protection of structural steel against cellulosic fires. It is optimised for on-site applications at R120 and approved according to EN-13381-8 for up to 120 min. It is recommended as intumescent fire protection for structural steel up to C3 as per ISO 12944. 
Hemuthane Enamel 58521
Hemuthane Enamel 58521 is a water-borne, two-component polyurethane enamel with excellent gloss and colour retention. It is recommended as a durable topcoat up to C5 environment as per ISO 12944-2 along with a suitable epoxy primer and intermediate.
