What is My Hempel?

How do I create an account in My Hempel?
To create a My Hempel account, just follow these simple steps:
1. Go to www.myhempel.com.
2. Click "Create your My Hempel account".
3. A sign-up form will appear. Follow the directions and enter the required information, such as name, email, country and company
4. Click "Submit".
5. You'll then receive an ""Activation Link"" in your mailbox. Activate your account, set a new password and log-in to start enoying our online services.

What should I do when My Hempel isn't working?
If My Hempel is crashing, or won't open, respond or work properly, try the troubleshooting steps below. After trying each step, check whether it's resolved the issue.
1. If the My Hempel app is installed on your phone or tablet, try to restart your device and log-in again.
2. If you access My Hempel via a browser, try clearing your browser cache. To do this with Google Chrome, go to Settings > Advance > Clear Browser Data.

How do I add a new user or admin?
Follow these steps to add a new user or admin:
1. Click on the "User" button and select "Invite Colleague".
2. Type in the account user's name, function, email, phone number and interface language then click "Next Step".
3. Choose a user Permission (e.g. Admin, Manager, Marketing, Purchaser) then click on the "Create Account" button. Once you've clicked on the "Create Account" button, the system will automatically send an invitation to the user's email.

With the My Hempel portal or app, you have two ways to track and trace your orders:
1. To receive SMS and email updates, go to "Notification Centre" then tick the boxes under "Delivery Updates" and "Order Statuses".
