Hempel A/S completes the divestment of J.W. Ostendorf and Renaulac

The new owner, Fidelium Partners, has taken over the production site in Germany and stores in France, together with around 500 employees and a portfolio of customers.

Copenhagen, 1 August 2024: World-leading supplier of paint and coatings, Hempel A/S has completed the divestment of its J.W. Ostendorf and Renaulac business in France and Germany to Fidelium Partners, having received approval from the relevant authorities. Hempel A/S announced the intended divestment in May 2024.

Transactional details will remain confidential, according to the terms of the agreement.
